The Rooster Forearm Trainer is an all in one forearm trainer with a hardwood handle and a dedicated custom weight. The handle is hand turned out of either Walnut or Maple, these handles have grooves inlaid for comfort and is very durable. The dedicated weight is 7.5 lbs and is perfect fit with the handle, no more kettle balls or small plates, just leave the weight attached and take to the gym with you.
